Why: To promote the Arts in the Northeast Los Angeles area, with partial proceeds going to the Avenue 50 Studio

When a visual artist collaborates with a musician, colors and textures morph through the notes and spaces between them.   Will Herron, Eloy Torrez and Sid Medina with their powerful vocal harmonies and acoustic guitars have parallel music and art histories.   Maria Elena Gaitan with her haunting cello, brings a level of sophistication melding live music with performance art.  Greg Esparza’s old school melodic do-wop style and Erika Elizondo’s dance performance completes the evening’s introspective collective mood.
