Highland Park Stories ~
A Community Art Project

We are very excited about sharing with you, for one week only, our progress as we are nearing the final stages of the LA Commons and Avenue 50 Studio Highland Park Community Art Project. The youth artists, professional artists Pola Lopez and Heriberto Luna and the LA Commons project team have been working tirelessly to create a piece that best reflects the lives and stories of our neighborhood.

The partners would like to share with you their work in progress during the Highland Park NELAart Night at the Avenue 50 Studio. On this evening you will have an opportunity to meet some of the youth artists, view a slide show of their work and story gathering efforts, as well as see a sampling of the project.
